**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and oversee the execution of business as usual, small-scale training program
+ Lead or support quick wins process improvements and initiatives that will improve learning and development operations
+ Lead or support in conceptualization, preparation and implementation of new courses/s
+ Work and develop relationships with trainers, consultants and learning business partners in delivering function or organization wide learning and development programs or initiatives
+ Assist in completing the learning numbers and reporting of function and entire organization
+ Perform and administer external training by connecting to vendors to support the learning and development priorities of the function
+ Facilitate technical courses and high-priority courses to the employees and/or leaders
+ Create and maintain a variety of training documents and aids
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree, preferably in business-related course/programs.
+ Must have at least 4-5 years' experience in Learning and Development/OD/Talent and or related fields combined
+ 1-2 years of relevant work experience in managing and executing programs
+ Experience in process improvement and project management is a plus
+ Experience in eLearning instructional design is a plus
