- Conduct diagnosis on visual, electrical, and mechanical failure of vehicles found during the pre-delivery inspection.
- Identify whether the root cause of the defect of the unit is due to product quality or external factor.

- Perform sampling procedure from container vans loaded with imported stocks.
- Validate if vacuum activity was being performed to all cheese blocks that were received and picked for dispatch.
- Ensure that the HEPA filter vacuum was being cleaned daily through visual inspection. If positive with pest, treatment of the vacuum and filter is requested.
- Sampling of affected stocks is done upon instruction of QA.
- Inspection of nonconforming items observed inside warehouse; incident report will be requested from the personnel responsible for the product handling or warehouse-in-charge.
- Create PCR based on the affected quantity of the observed non-conforming (e.g. bulging, dented, torn box) imported milk stocks.
- Create a bundled sample and submit documentation form for approval before proceeding to mass production.
- Accompany auditor during monthly/ quarterly audit.
- Conduct GWP and Food Handling Training to the operations personnel to ensure their continuous awareness to good warehouse practices that should be followed inside warehouse.
- Activity is conducted to ensure capabilities of the warehouse with regards to inventory traceability and retrieval of food products.
