Job Description:

The Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for performing the detailed QAD activities relevant to the monitoring of the implementation of the quality assurance programs and systems of the company.

Responsibilities:

1. Sufficient Quality Management and Food Safety Program

Regular

1.1 Conducts inspection and evaluation of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods; interprets and reports the results thereof

1.2 Comply with and implement the hygienic practices (e.g. personal hygiene, equipment, tools, work areas) based on established quality system i.e. 5S, SSOP, GMP, HACCP

1.3 Ensures that all products manufactured comply with the established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Hazard Control Plan by conducting routine inspections at the assigned areas

1.4 Monitors all assigned processes and performs standard monitoring procedure in the receiving area, during operations, and up to releasing of finished goods

1.5 Counterchecks the cleanliness and condition of finished products and delivery vehicles prior to dispatch

1.6 Verifies the condition, storage, and movement of any non-conforming goods inside the warehouse

1.7 Verifies the correctness of QA-issued documents for dispatch versus the actual products

1.8 Performs daily calibration of equipment necessary in performing assigned tasks

1.9 Prepares periodic status reports on the operations/ activities undertaken in his/her area to his/her superior or management.

2. New Product Translation and Process and Product Improvements

2.1 Assists translation run (from experimental run through commercialization) guided by procedures / processes defined by the translation team composed of representatives from client R&D, QAD, and Production

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive test plans outlining testing approach, scope, resources, and schedule for software projects
• Execute test cases to ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of software applications
• Implement and maintain automated testing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in repetitive test scenarios
• Conduct security testing to identify vulnerabilities and ensure that software products meet security standards
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on potential quality issues.
• Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, test results, and testing progress reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related courses.
• With at least 2 years in an IT-related environment.
• Proven experience in software quality assurance, with a strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in using testing tools, frameworks, and PM Tools (e.g., Open Project, Click Up, Jira, etc.)
• Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) to create and maintain automated test scripts.
