Job Summary

The Quality Assurance Microbiologist ensures that products, processes, and environments meet microbiological safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities

Microbiological Testing

• Perform routine testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
• Identify and monitor microbial contamination using standard lab techniques

Environmental Monitoring

• Conduct air, surface, and water sampling in cleanrooms and production areas
• Analyze results and recommend corrective actions for contamination control

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of test results, deviations, and corrective actions

Compliance & Standards

Equipment & Lab Maintenance

• Support investigations of non-conformances and product complaints

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related life sciences field
• 2+ years of experience in a microbiology or QA role (preferably in regulated industries)
• Familiarity with lab equipment such as spectrometers, incubators, and autoclaves
• Knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, USP, ISO 17025)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Conduct diagnosis on visual, electrical, and mechanical failure of vehicles found during the pre-delivery inspection.
• Identify whether the root cause of the defect of the unit is due to product quality or external factor.
• Perform necessary repairs, adjustments, or replacement on vehicles found to have defect and ensure to bring the vehicle back to manufacturer's quality standards.
• Generate summary reports of all repaired units including the remaining offline units in collaboration with Vehicle Logistics Department.
• Conduct audit on third party logistics to ensure that pre-delivery inspections are being done according to MMPC standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics and Communications Engineering
• At least 1 year work experience or exposure to automotive service operations
• Knowledge on automotive diagnosis and repair
• Proficient in Computer, Microsoft Office
• Knows how to drive light vehicles (M/T and A/T)
• Possess good communication skills (written and oral)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Checking of thermo-hygrometer reading.
• Validate the cleaning of the area and pallets versus the cleaning checklist filled up by the utility personnel.
• Verify the compliance of random trucks/ container vans loaded with stocks during inbound or dispatch. If deviation was observed, elevate to logistics coordinator prior rejection of truck and stocks.
• Verify the compliance of bundled stocks to quality standards and correct declaration of expiration date.
• PRR must be created and submitted to in-charge Quality Assurance Specialist before request to release bundled items.
• Inspection of all returned items by outlet. If non-conformance was observed, IVR must be created, and final disposition will be requested from the in-charge QA.
• Perform sampling procedure from container vans loaded with imported stocks.
• Validate if vacuum activity was being performed to all cheese blocks that were received and picked for dispatch.
• Ensure that the HEPA filter vacuum was being cleaned daily through visual inspection. If positive with pest, treatment of the vacuum and filter is requested.
• Sampling of affected stocks is done upon instruction of QA.
• Inspection of nonconforming items observed inside warehouse; incident report will be requested from the personnel responsible for the product handling or warehouse-in-charge.
• Create PCR based on the affected quantity of the observed non-conforming (e.g. bulging, dented, torn box) imported milk stocks.
• Create a bundled sample and submit documentation form for approval before proceeding to mass production.
• Accompany auditor during monthly/ quarterly audit.
• Conduct GWP and Food Handling Training to the operations personnel to ensure their continuous awareness to good warehouse practices that should be followed inside warehouse.
• Activity is conducted to ensure capabilities of the warehouse with regards to inventory traceability and retrieval of food products.
