The Photo Editor will support White Key Marketing's content creation process by managing and enhancing photo assets with a focus on quality and brand consistency. This remote role requires proficiency in Lightroom and Photoshop, effective communication via WhatsApp, and task management in Notion with Dropbox file uploads. Reporting to the Post-Production Manager, the Photo Editor will elevate visual storytelling through advanced editing techniques.

• Efficient Communication: Communicate promptly and effectively with the team via WhatsApp to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Task Management: Update tasks in Notion and attach edited files from Dropbox after completing each project.
• Color Correction: Apply basic color adjustments and white balance to enhance image quality.
• Color Matching: Ensure a cohesive look by color matching between multiple images.
• Color Grading: Adjust images to align with the brand's look and feel, enhancing visual identity.
• Image Manipulation: Use Photoshop to mask, remove, and add objects within images for creative flexibility.

Role Overview

Looking to hire a full-time, night shift Real Estate Photo Editor with 3+ years' experience in property imaging. The role focuses on high-volume property photo editing (virtual dusk, Nordic/property-magazine style grading, object/item removal, grass and sky replacement, and any edit required to present a listing at a premium standard), floor plan/site plan drafting, and quality control of all delivered media to ensure it meets brand standards. This is a hands-on production role—quality of work is the top priority.

Core Responsibilities

Edit real estate images: virtual dusk/twilight, Nordic/property-magazine look, sky & grass replacement, window pulls, color balancing, lens correction, noise reduction.

Remove/retouch distracting items (bins, cords, cars, signage, clutter) while keeping results natural and believable.

Produce accurate 2D floor plans and site plans from sketches/photos/measurements.

Quality-check all photos and floorplans against a checklist and brand standards before delivery.

Organize project files and follow naming/hand-off conventions in our workflow tools.

Required Experience & Skills

3+ years in real estate photo editing (portfolio required).

Advanced Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom; confident with batch workflows and smart objects.

Floorplan drafting in Photoshop, AutoCAD, or similar (e.g., Illustrator/Affinity/Visio acceptable if outputs meet spec).

Strong eye for detail, color, geometry, and realism; fast and consistent at volume.

Comfortable handling large files (2.5–3GB per property; ~15 properties per night).
