We are building a multi-platform content engine to showcase a fast-scaling real estate development brand. We need a
Media Strategy & Content Manager
who can take ownership of the entire process, from idea generation to publishing, with a perfectionist's attention to detail.
You'll work directly with the Creative Director and Business Owner in the early months to master the brand voice, tone, and workflow. Once trained, you'll independently run the content pipeline so leadership only steps in to approve scripts, ideas, and final outputs.
In plain terms:
You will be responsible for executing every part of our brand presence
except filming & editing
across
Instagram, TikTok, RedNote, YouTube (shorts & long-form), LinkedIn, and BiggerPockets
— ensuring each post is polished, on-brand, and high-performing.
This is not a junior social media job. You will be managing editors, overseeing multiple formats, and ensuring every post meets the highest quality standards before it goes live.
Responsibilities
- Generate weekly content ideas aligned with brand pillars.
- Maintain a rolling 4-6 week content calendar.
- Prepare scripts, questions, and shot lists for filming.
- Oversee filming days to ensure all required assets are captured.
- Manage editors from raw footage to final cut.
- Assist with designing social media carousels during the initial phase while the editing team is built out.
- Post natively on each platform for maximum reach.
- Create platform-specific thumbnails, descriptions, and tags.
