The Business Consultant collaborates with Sales Channels to achieve Non-core targets by driving sales, scoping clients' ICT needs, and presenting aligned solutions. They provide market insights, oversee project development, and coordinate end-to-end implementation, contributing to process improvement and people management within a unified approach. The role emphasizes a strategic blend of sales support, technical expertise, and holistic project management.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Co-Accountable with the Sales Channels for the shared Non-core (Managed Services & Solutions) target.
  • Drives sales counterpart/s to meet sales objectives by providing support, recommendation on appropriate products, services and offers that best address the client requirements as well as resolution of issues through joint visits during sales calls.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong understanding of the TPRM framework, Risk Management, Information Security practices.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of the Contract Risk Review management process.
  • Hands-on exposure to TPRM tools and technology solutions (e.g., GRC enablement solutions, such as Process Unity, Prevalent, Archer, ServiceNow, etc.).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of standards such as ISO 27001/2, ISO 22301, ISO 27018, PCI – DSS, HITRUST, etc.
  • Good knowledge of privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, etc.
  • Good knowledge of regulations such as FISMA, HIPAA, Reg SCI, MAS, etc.
  • Good knowledge of TCP/IP, concepts of OSI layer and protocols, networking and security concepts, Physical & Environmental Security, Asset Security and Identity & Access Management.
  • Good knowledge of OS (Windows / Linux) security, Database security, IT infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, IDS, IPS, etc.), Security architecture design, and review.
  • Good familiarity with OWASP, and Secure SDLC standards/frameworks, anti-virus solutions (e.g., Symantec, McAfee, etc.).
  • Good experience in LAN/WAN architectures and reviews.
  • Good knowledge of incident management, disaster recovery, and business continuity management, cryptography.

Your key responsibilities

The Security Operations Center (SOC) Level 2 (L2) manages multiple Security technologies and

produces enhancements that allow SOC team members to work collaboratively and efficiently while

responding to threats. The individual in this role will work as part of a cybersecurity operations team

responsible for carrying out 24x7 onsite security monitoring operations.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Moderate knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Network Layers, etc.)
  • Moderate knowledge of malware operation and indicators
  • Moderate knowledge of current threat landscape (threat actors, APT, cyber-crime, etc.)
  • Moderate knowledge of security related technologies and their functions (IDS, IPS, EDR, IRP,

FW, WAF, SIEM, etc.)

  • Basic knowledge of audit requirements (PCI, HIPPA, SOX, etc.)
  • Basic programming skills in various disciplines including scripting language.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Generate Executive Summary report (high level)
  • Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of security related experience in areas such as intrusion

detection, incident response/handling, firewall administration, etc. Solid understanding of

core security and infrastructure technologies, such as: firewall, VPN, IDS/IPS/SIEM, Antivirus, E-mail, DNS, Microsoft OS, & Linux OS

  • Preferably 2 years Information Security (IS) experience required Analytical mindset &

aptitude to learn quickly Reliable & willing to work in a 24/7 operations center (shift work

required)

  • Experience with command line interface and some level of exposure to administering systems

and services for various operating systems (Windows PowerShell and Unix).

  • Knowledge of security incident and event management, log analysis, network traffic analysis,

malware investigation/remediation, SIEM correlation logic and alert generation

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, triage and remediate security incidents.
  • Understanding of Security principles, techniques, and technologies such as SANS Top 20

Critical Security Controls and OWASP Top 10

  • Knowledge and Experience of SIEM solution such as Splunk, RSA Security Analytics,

ArcSight, LogRhythm, QRadar, Splunk or similar. Familiar in creating use cases in SIEM.

  • Knowledge and Experience of XDR solution such as Cortex XDR, Crowdstrike XDR/EDR,

Carbon Black XDR/EDR or similar

  • Knowledge and Experience of Email Security Solution such as Cofense and Proofpoint and

the ability to analyse email threat, header analysis, attachments, and malicious link

analysis.

Ideally, you'll also have

  • Bachelor's degree relevant to Information Technology
  • Can work under pressure
  • Related Certification: Example: CEH, Comptia A+, Sec+, ITILv3

The opportunity
We are looking for Consultants with expertise in HRT to join the PC team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading global professional services organisation whilst being instrumental in growth of the PC team.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Leverage experience in HRT to support client projects, in collaboration with other parts of GDS organization and other EY member firms
  • Be recognised as a subject matter expert in one or more areas in the HR functional domain – HR process re-engineering, HR shared services, HR technology assessment, vendor selection, etc
  • Build strong relations and drive effective communication with client and project team counterparts across global locations
  • Support development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, techniques, methodologies to broaden capability offerings within the practice and enhance awareness across the firm
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts across other HR service areas (learning and development, staffing, talent management, diversity, compliance) to share insights on overall strategic and operational performance
  • Ensure high quality deliverables are produced for the project by exhaustive internal reviews and obtain excellent feedback from the client and global project counterparts

The opportunity

We're looking for a Senior with expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM to join the leadership group of our EY-GDS Oracle Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth of the service offering.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience working in Oracle SCM modules with at least 2 years of implementation experience in Fusion SCM
  • Oracle Cloud Procurement modules experience is must have

  • Experience in solution design and drafting functional specs and driving the solution
  • Application configuration, test case preparation and execution

Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Requirements gathering and documentation using AIM / OUM or other prescribed methodologies

  • Conduct CRP sessions, Participate in design reviews and discussions
  • Map client requirements against Oracle Cloud SCM Modules

  • Assist business user during CRPs/SITs/UATs
