This HR Director is responsible for country HR leadership for IWG's employing entities in the Philippines, notably for the Manila Global Service Centre (GSC). This entails full accountability over talent acquisition, strategic workforce initiatives, rewards and recognition, performance management, employee relations, and local HR compliance. As Country HR Director
