Job Description
Graduate of BS Psychology / BSBA major in Human Resource Development Management or any related course
- With atleast one year work experience in recruitment
- Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills
- Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally
- With excellent people management skills
- Highly organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
- Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management directions, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback.
- Preferably living around Batangas City

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Batangas City, Batangas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
