Job Description
Responsible in building and preserving trusting relationships with locators, proactively seeking solutions and resolving locator concerns quickly and efficiently, and ensuring maximum locator satisfaction.
- Develops and rollouts locator relations management programs/campaigns across all customer touchpoints.
- Supports Sales and Marketing Teams in potential client engagements.
- Maintains a positive post-sale experience for locators by understanding locator behavior, fulfilling requests and service recovery in a timely manner, and deliberately identifying new opportunities and risks.
- Establishes an effective communications strategy to improve customer care protocols and guidelines (i.e., how to handle customer complaints and escalations, etc.)
- Applies a data-driven approach on locator management concerns/issues, analyzing their root causes, and eliminating them in the locator’s life cycle.
- Manages the day-to-day operations and budget of LIMA Experience Center.
- Manages the team budget
**Education**:College graduate in Communications, Business, Marketing, or any equivalent course
**Work Experience**:At least five (5) year of supervisory experience in Customer Relations Management or related tasks.

**Education**:

**Experience**:
- Customer Relations: 5 years (preferred)
