The Senior/Employee Relations Specialist perform a variety of duties to promote employee welfare, such as resolving human relations problems and promoting employee health and well-being.

Some of your main responsibilities will be:

Key Responsibilities

  19. DOLE Compliance:

  21. Keep up-to-date with changes in labor laws and advise the organization on necessary adjustments to policies and practices.

  22. Employee Data and Reporting:

  23. Maintain accurate and organized employee records related to employee relations, labor relations, and grievances.

  24. Provide timely and accurate reporting on employee relations trends and issues to support strategic decision-making.

  25. HR Initiatives:
