About the role
AUXILIA INC' is looking for enthusiastic Call Center Agents to join our growing team in Minglanilla Cebu. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through non-voice communication channels such as email, live chat, and social media. This is a full-time position with competitive pay starting at 10,000 PHP.
What you'll be doing
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers through various communication channels
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately document customer interactions and update customer records as needed
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
- Actively listen to customers and provide solutions that meet their needs
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role (preferred)
