CSS role help enables Consulting Engagement team’s efficiency and delivery through the key project management and coordination activities.

We support end-to-end engagement lifecycle and project management activities that are essential to every engagement, region and practice. We help in project coordination & management, financial analysis, engagement compliance & governance requirements across industries and countries.

- 12+ years of experience with strong understanding & familiarity with project management techniques
- Established experience with project management programs, SCRUM, and different variants of AGILE techniques, along with familiarity with code management and Continuous Integration/Delivery Implementation (CI/DI).

**What You'll Bring**
+ Over 15+ years of experience relevant to this position, including 8 years of project/program management experience of no less than 5 complete end-to-end implementation and/or upgrade ERP Fusion/Netsuite projects
+ Minimum of 5 years' experience in a functional lead and/or solution architect role with deep domain knowledge of Oracle ERP applications and technology
+ Strong track record of project management of complex, and/or multi-pillar projects, implementation methodologies, project management tools e.g., MS Project, project estimation, project team management, client management and communications, and project and proposal leadership
+ Strong influencing and negotiation skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers and vendors
+ Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in Oracle Cloud Applications
+ Strong competence in developing presentations required MS Office
+ Demonstrated leadership and time management skills
