Job Qualifications;

• At least College Degree in / Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least one (1) year of working experience in a related field, preferably in the Manufacturing/ Production industry with food processing & food packaging exposure as an advantage

Working Schedule :

• Willing to work in six (6) days a week

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assures quality consistency of products through stages of production
• Checks proper dimensions of product and temperature of the production room
• Ensures orderliness and cleanliness of production area, as well as staff hygiene
• May monitor certain raw material and flavoring consistency and expiry
• May perform laboratory work, another testing, and issue certificates of analysis
• Knowledge in food safety, halal, iso or FDA regulation are advantages
• Report preparation and data collection where necessary Reformulate existing products when necessary
• Evaluate existing raw materials and packaging for possible improvements and savings Coordinate with other departments to solve issues with production processes
• Develop and improve existing product applications and recipes Develop guidelines for product and process standardization Maintain proper documentation of research activities

• Assist in the design water/wastewater conveyance including pump and lift stations and/or treatment facility projects

• Supervises, instructs, reviews the work of Electrical Project Engineer and Cad Operator in the preparation of:

o  Building and installation permit application plans/drawings/documents.

o  Mechanical and electrical plans such as:

§ Process and Instrument Diagram.

§ General Arrangement Drawing.

§ Tank, Structures Primary Piping Support plans / drawings.

§ Mechanical Installation plans / drawings such as Piping Route, Piping Isometric, Secondary Support etc.

§ Electrical installation plans / drawings such as Cable and Conduit Schedule, Cable Route etc.

§ Final document

• Monitors the progress of site installation
• Provides technical assistance to the site manager / supervisor in the interpretation of plan / drawings.
• Liaise with the customer, general contractor, government agencies, industrial park management and other parties
• Assist in site management / project supervision, if necessary
