Job Qualifications
Experience in CCTV monitoring is an advantage but not required.

+ Conduct regular patrols of the hotel premises, including guest floors, public areas, and back-of-house areas, to deter and detect any security risks.
+ Respond to security-related incidents, alarms, and emergencies, ensuring timely and appropriate action while following established protocols.
+ Assist with investigations into security incidents and work closely with senior security staff and management to address any issues.

Assists the operations head in the implementation of company policies and coordinate with the company officers. Report any violations of such.
- Provides daily security advisories to the operations officers and security head
- Assists the investigator in gathering evidence and witnesses in the event of unusual incident
- Liaises with LGU and PNP unit in case of fire, disorder and burglary
- Conducts site inspection to ensure security and safety of the entire premises
- Conducts audit to ensure the operational preparedness of the respective plantilla
- Responsible for the discipline and work performance of all security guards posted in AOR. Initiates evaluation and issues disciplinary action for any misdemeanor
- Inform the operations officer, PE/SE for any incident/accident that occurs in AOR involving security and safety in.
- Conducts initial investigation, prepares and submits reports for such.
- Maintains and submits weekly activity report, weekly activity plan and incident report (spot, progress and final report)
- Performs other tasks that the company officers may direct

**Job Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Criminology or equivalent courses
- Relevant working experience specializing in security services is REQUIRED
- Knowledge in developing and enforcing security rules and policies
- Can handle monitoring and supervision of sites’ security guards and operations
- Accepts on-call duties to respond to security incidents on sites
- With driver's license

**Work Arrangement**
- Willing to conduct daily site visitation in our North Projects - Tarlac / Pampanga / Bataan
- Self drive transportation is provided
- 6-days work week

**Project Location**
- Preferably from or willing to do regular field works in North Luzon (Bataan, Pampanga & Tarlac)

Patrol all areas of the property; assist guests with room access. Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions, perimeter alarm system, duress alarms, and fire life safety system. Lock property entrances when required. Conduct daily physical hazard inspections. Respond to accidents, contact EMS or administer first aid/CPR as required. Assist guests/employees during emergency situations. Notify appropriate individuals in the event of accidents, attacks, or other incidents. Defuse guest/employee disturbances. Call for outside assistance if necessary. Complete incident reports to document all Security/Loss Prevention related incidents. Handle all interruptions and complaints. Resolve safety hazard situations. Escort any unwelcome persons from the property without interrupting the orderly flow of property operation. Report to scenes of vehicle accidents/thefts. Call for assistance using proper code responses. Complete a Loss Prevention shift summary/daily activity report.
