  • When FR duty – Assist in the hangar if requested
  • When HR duty- Available for upgrade anytime
  • Ensure all necessary supplies for the flight are complete
  • Aware of the timings of the printed schedule for the day and special instructions for the flight
  • Report to Captain for flight and attend captains briefing

Onboard the aircraft

  • Ensure all cabin safety equipment are operational and not expired and reports to CC1 (Senior CC) for any discrepancy.
  • Check completeness of amenities offered and onboard the aircraft
  • Ensure safety cautious especially for technical and medical emergencies
  • Assist guests and members during the flight

Post Flight

  • Ensure all safety equipment is complete. If safety equipment has been used during inflight log it to CML.
  • Endorse any left behind items to CC1 (Senior CC)
  • Read email for updates and inquiries
  • Endorse to colleagues items needed to be replenished for the next day flight

Essential Skills

Skill and Experience Required

  • College graduate. The job requires excellent analytical and communication skills as an essential element to this position especially when dealing with guests and members.

  • No Financial Responsibility.

Extent of Exercised Supervision

  • He/she is responsible for the safety of passengers on board the aircraft. Reports incident directly to CC1 (Senior CC) for immediate action.

Working Environment and Site

  • Work location is the cabin of ATR aircraft and immediate action in case of medical or aircraft emergencies occur.
