B) Recruitment:

- Facilitates the hand off process and communicates updates on new hires to stakeholders (Operations and Human Resources)
- Regularly communicates hiring updates to the hiring manager
- Generate employment contracts and conducts Job Offer
- Facilitates other client-specific tests / processes
- Reviews / implements / manages recruitment tools and processes assigned
- Provides regular updates to stakeholders

C) Other
- Keep updated on industry trends and practices pertaining to sourcing and recruitment. This includes primarily competitor intelligence, and make recommendations based on these information
- Performs other duties as may be assigned either in support of divisional / departmental goal attainment or for his personal and professional training, education or development as programmed by superiors. This includes, but shall not be limited to paper
- Ensures that data in Microstatus or where requested spreadsheets for the tracking of the hiring process are timely and accurately updated.
- Utilizes the data gathered / reports generated, experience gained to establish recommendations to improve the process
