Experience:
At least 1 year of direct patient care experience in a hospital or as a nurse in a company, school, or clinic.
Experience working as a volunteer nurse, private duty nurse, aesthetic nurse, dental nurse, or EMT will not be considered.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills and empathy in patient interactions.
Ability to work onsite and manage various customer service scenarios effectively.
