**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Drive the hiring process to meet hiring KPI’s and metrics
- Actively participate in the design of job descriptions and interview questions
- Partner with hiring managers on the sourcing strategy and interview process
- Take exceptional care of job applicants and hiring managers by ensuring they are informed throughout the process
- Maintain accurate recruitment reporting
- Identify and prioritize areas of need within departments with the ability to shift and reprioritize workload as needed

**Qualifications**:

- 3 years of solid recruiting experience
- Demonstrated ability to meet time to fill metrics
- Organized and efficient with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organization skills and lively personality

**Bonus Points If You Have**:

- Experience in SaaS or corporate TA
- Dabbled in Technical Recruiting
- Understanding of human resource principles and legislation
- Degree or pursuing a degree in HR, Business, or related field

**This will be for an on-site, night shift schedule.**

**Job Description**:
The Technical Recruiter reports to our Talent Acquisition Supervisor and will work with hiring managers in the US and the Philippines.

**What you’ll be doing**:
**_ End-to-End Recruitment_**
- Launch roles as required by the company and as stated by the hiring plan
- Understand recruiting priorities and ensure alignment with recruiting team
- Evaluate and screen potential quality hires and assist them through the interview and hiring process
- Establish strong working partnerships with internal hiring teams and recruiting team members
- Report high-level recruitment updates during huddles and other meetings

**_ Initiatives_**
- Think out-of-the-box to improve the Balsam employer brand and recruiting processes
- Assist other internal teams with special projects or tasks on occasion
- Co-lead or assist in small recruitment initiatives

**_ Other Duties and Responsibilities_**
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Proven work experience in a full-cycle recruiter or similar role, preferably with at least two years of experience in technical and eCommerce recruitment
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks such as Stack Overflow, LinkedIn, Github
- Desire to work in a culturally and intellectually diverse workforce and understanding of the need for diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment and hiring
- Must have an open mind for different perspectives and thinking preferences, as well as differences in backgrounds, experiences, personalities, skill sets, and knowledge bases

**Location**: The **Technical Recruiter **position is a remote working position for Balsam International Unlimited Philippine ROHQ in Manila. Team members in the Philippines are located within** Metro Manila, Bataan, Batangas, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Pampanga, Rizal, and Tarlac areas only.**

**Our must-haves**:

- Must attend occasional in-person meetings depending on the status of the pandemic
- Must have a fast, reliable DSL, Fiber, or Broadband connection (not mobile or broadband stick) as the primary internet connection with a minimum actual speed of **10MBPS**:

- Must have a backup internet connection of the same speed, if the primary connection becomes spotty
