I. JOB SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Sales and Marketing Manager, the Key Accounts Specialist is primarily in charge of coordinating information and marketing activities related to physicians, patients, employees and other customers and participates in internal and external marketing activities of the Hospital.
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensures coordination in the proper dissemination of significant information regarding the Hospital's activities to the physicians, patients, employees and other customers
Prepares communication letter to physicians with regards to new services and facilitates of the Hospital
Promotes existing hospital packages
Comes up with and recommends new hospital packages
Markets the hospital, its services and facilities, to other hospitals, clinics and other health centers
Ensures that communication materials are updated and submitted within specified deadlines
In charge of giving marketing orientation to new medical staff as scheduled by the Medical director's office
Participates in internal and external marketing activities of the Hospital
Coordinates with external customers for business tie-up and partnership
Coordinates and ensures good business relationship with Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO) and its members
Relays concerns and inquiries to appropriate authorities and acts on it accordingly
Prepares and submits reports as required or may be requested
Ensure patient conversion from targeted physicians
Responsible in assessment of target physicians to be visited quarterly.
Complies with quality management policies.
Performs other related duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Account Payables
- Perform day-to-day processing and accounting of all accounts payable transactions
- Ensure that all invoices are accurately posted into the accounting system and are supported by the required documents and approvals
- Ensure payments are processed and posted into the accounting system in a timely and accurate manner
Account Receivables
- Preparation of invoices and ensure timely distribution of invoices to customers
- Prepare Debtors Ageing List & monitoring of debts collections.
General Ledger
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements/reports.
- Liaise closely with overseas entities and agents in order to provide necessary information for monthly closing, preparation of statutory accounts.
- Handle inter-company billing
- Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing & financial reporting to Management
- Assist in planning, forecasting and budgeting activities.
Other Responsibilities
- Maintain and oversee all accounting procedures and processes
- Prepare weekly cash flow forecast
- Liaise with external auditor on queries during financial year-end audit.
- Assist in ad-hoc finance matters when required
Required Skills, Qualifications & Attributes
