I Duties and Responsibilities
Revenue Generation
1.1 Implement sales program and action plan including direct sales engagements.
1.2 Manage and monitor the activities of the sales channels and the teams.
1.3 Achieve new business goals and expand client base through account acquisition.
Acquisition of new corporate accounts
2.1 Attains assigned quarterly and annual sales goals for new corporate accounts.
2.2 Assists sales activities of assigned intermediaries by requesting the correct coverage and suitable rates from actuary, crafting, and releasing proposals within the agreed turn-around-time (TAT) and--when requested--present the proposals to the account.
2.3 Directly acquires new corporate accounts by continuously looking for new prospects and directly engaging existing prospects in the allocated pipeline. Ensures proper evaluation of the needs of the prospects, devises and requests the package that fits identified needs and the suitable rates from actuary. Crafts and presents proposal within the agreed TAT. Negotiate with prospects.
2.4 Conducts initial benefit orientation for the members of the new corporate accounts.
Accomplishment of Sales Report
3.1 Identify potential markets in the area. Ensure information is correct and current in the assigned pipeline.
3.2 Provides regular and timely feedback regarding the status of the prospects in the pipeline

4.1 Gathers current and accurate information regarding competitors' products and pricing.
