We have an outstanding opportunity for an **Intermediate Accountant**
General Overview of Position
**Primary Responsibilities**
Year-End / Month-End
- Reconcile cash at bank
- Reconcile GST (including review of detailed aged payables/receivables reports)
- Prepare BAS’s
- Reconcile & prepare HP schedules
- Reconcile super (including checking XERO automated super)
- Add assets to XERO
- Preparation of General Journal Entries
- Process depreciation
- Collate XERO WPs
- Prepare XERO financials
- Rview profit & loss
- Reconcile wages
- Reconcile/prepare Div7A WPs
- Tax cal including addbacks
- Prepare tax returns - including franking accounts and dividends (if paid)
- Individual tax returns
- Rental property schedules
- Capital gains calc - property/shares
- Add new CoA to XERO
Internal & Tax administration
- BAS prep + send
- IAS prep + send
- Send year-end docs by fuse sign
- ATO phone calls
- Payment plans
- Draft Client invoices
- Run WIP reports by client
- Log in to ATO portal
- Print client balances
- Print letters to pdf from time to time

License/Certification:
