What You Will Do
- Build and implement comprehensive, innovative and cost effecient recruiting activities
- Create and maintain accurate, detailed research and competitive intelligence as it relates to Nasdaq talent needs and sharing the knowledge with the broader teams
- Identify strengths and technical proficiencies that drive success, conduct behavioral interviews using behavioral-based proficiency talent selection methods
- Develop end to end recruitment strategies and set expectations around processes and timelines
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of technical and non-technical positions
- Establish strategic partnerships with managers and department leaders to understand position needs and act as an ongoing candidate relationship manager
- Provide valuable recruiting related advice to influence talent decisions
- Create and implement tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals as well as pipelines for upcoming searches
- Continually document and expand network of websites, user groups, blogs and other resources where talent can be found to generate names, titles, emails and telephone numbers of possible candidates for open job searches
- Source passive candidates through extensive name generation research, relationship building, complex internet / Boolean searches, and existing talent pool database searching
- Assess trends and developments in sourcing tools and technologies and use social media for sourcing and other marketing forums to drive traffic to company website
- Select, interview and recommend candidate pools to hiring managers - based on measurable agreed upon service level agreement
- Prepare, negotiate and extend offers to candidates
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
What We Expect
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 2+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience , preferably in FinTech or the financial industry
- Excellent knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components including but not limited to talent sourcing, assessing, applicant tracking, closing offer processes and relationship management
- Experience conducting proactive sourcing, head hunting, candidate generation, and talent pool management for roles in FinTech or the financial industry
- Ability to launch and sustain talent pipelining programs through collecting key sourcing intelligence, effectively converting passive candidates and using diverse sourcing channels
- Ability to use e-recruitment and web technologies to support Talent Selection such as applicant tracking systems, CRM technologies, social and digital media
- Excellent English communication skills, both in oral and written forms
- Flexibility to take some meetings outside work hours
What Would Be Helpful
- Previous recruitment experience in FinTech or the financial industry in the Asia Pacific region aside from the Philippines

**NPI Sourcing Specialist**

**Responsibilities**
+ Execute RFQs, Cost & terms analysis and negotiation.
+ Supply base vendor master information upload to ERP and/or other Business System.
+ Cooperate with GCM on new supplier identification and qualification.
+ Partner with GCM on strategy, and integrate it into an NPI sourcing strategy.
+ Capital Asset Request application & kick-off of tooling if required.
+ Early supplier involvement with new designs & NPI stages.
+ Accountable to driving technical discussions with design team & supplier for DFM reviews.
+ Support engineering sample and prototype requirements with suppliers and manage need by dates.
+ Support cost reduction and analysis activities to sustain & maintain NPI model competitiveness.
+ System access: Oracle, SAP, PDM (iPro), SharePoint, ESQR workflow tool, SNC, others.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
+ BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent
+ 3 to 5 years' purchasing experience in sourcing or procurement, preferably in a manufacturing environment with exposure to NPI projects. Knowledge of supply chain risk management and mitigation strategies.
+ Proven track record of successful supplier negotiations and cost saving achievements
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skill to interact effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
+ Strong critically thinking skills and ability to navigate in situations with limited process constraints.
+ A collaborative and approachable interpersonal style, with the ability to nurture key relationships and achieve consensus among internal stakeholders.
+ Proficiency at using SAP or Oracle ERP system will be a benefit.
+ Good PC skills - MS office.

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Support and / or lead sourcing initiatives in accordance with business requirements within aggressive timelines while ensuring the integrity of the bidding process
+ Establish and maintain a collaborative relationship with third party vendors
+ Conduct negotiations and secure deals that drive savings, meet and fulfill business requirements
+ Ensure projects are conducted in compliance with internal procurement policies
+ Manage the mailbox and work intake tools to ensure timely resolution of stakeholder queries and concerns; accurate documentation of project development; and prompt communication of relevant issues and updates with business partners
+ Perform detailed analysis of spend, contract terms and conditions
+ Maintain a mutually beneficial engagement with Category Managers to allow for sharing of best practices and ensure alignment with category strategies
+ Coordinate with functional subject matter experts such as Risk, Legal, Finance, and Tax to ensure compliance with the company's standards from a contractual standpoint
+ Monitor market trends, competitor strategies and market suppliers for the respective category
+ Support business unit clients' understanding of procurement processes, policies, and systems
**Qualifications:**
+ Graduate of any 4-year university course, in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, or other related disciplines.
+ Experience: At least one to two years of relevant experience
+ Asia Shift 9:00AM to 6:00PM ; Required Work-On-Site Schedule: 3x in a week (M-W or T-TH)
**Minimum Skills to Hire/Must Haves:**
+ Minimum of 2-years experience in Procurement and Supply Chain;
+ Familiarity with contracts including main clauses required for specific types of agreement, Statement of Work, Project Requirements and Exhibits
+ Comfortable working with legal and risk subject matter experts
+ Knowledge of Procurement or Finance applications and systems, databases and reporting tools allowing for high level spend assessment and analytics.
