**Job Description:**
We're looking for a **Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist** will be responsible in utilizing sourcing techniques to support Corporate and Specialized roles. You will focus on headhunting and pipeline building. You will closely work with Talent Acquisition to attend calibration sessions with stakeholders to address sourcing needs and convert leads into actual hires. You will also expertly analyze and present recruitment data to stakeholders and management as needed.

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Activate and manage proactive sourcing channels - job boards resume mining features, candidate referrals, candidate revisit, keep warm, headhunting, cold calling, for Corporate and Specialized Hiring - mostly for Finance and Investments-related hiring.
+ Execute analyses and make suggestions for improvement of overall sourcing strategies.
+ Strengthen and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
+ Collaborate with the recruiters and different sourcing channels to understand the hiring requirements, target fulfillment dates, and obtain clarity on the job profiles.
+ Write sourcing documentation and statements to monitor sourcing channel performance.

**Qualifications:**
+ University degree, preferably a graduate of Marketing, Behavioral Science, or Psychology.
+ With at least 4 years Talent Sourcing experience in the BPO/ Shared Services industry.
+ Experience in proactive sourcing or headhunting is an advantage.
+ Preferably with experience sourcing and recruiting for complex and niche roles such as Actuarial, Data Analytics, Finance, Bilingual, and Technology.
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within a heavy workload environment while meeting service quality and turnaround objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and engage accounting, admin, marketing, and operations talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct quick initial screenings to prequalify candidates before handing off to recruiters.
  • Build and maintain segmented talent pools by role and client type.
  • Submit weekly sourcing reports including activity metrics, talent insights, and recommendations.
  • Partner closely with the recruitment team to align sourcing strategies per client/project.
  • Adjust sourcing strategies based on candidate market behavior and client feedback.

Qualifications :

  • 45 years experience as a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist (headhunting exposure preferred).
  • Proven success sourcing mid- to senior-level professionals, especially accountants.
  • Strong in passive sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, market mapping).
  • Organized, metrics-driven, and adaptable to shifting priorities across multiple clients.
  • Clear written and verbal English communication skills.

Essential Functions and Duties

  1. Proactive Candidate Sourcing (35%)
    Proactively source and identify qualified candidates for accounting and multidisciplinary roles using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and job boards. This involves leveraging advanced search techniques and building a deep understanding of market dynamics to identify top talent.
  2. Talent Pool Management (25%)
    Build and maintain segmented talent pools by role and client type, ensuring pipelines are continuously updated and aligned with ongoing and future needs. This includes categorizing candidates based on skill sets, industry experience, and client requirements.
  3. Initial Candidate Outreach (15%)
    Conduct initial outreach and candidate prequalification screenings, including assessments of work readiness, cultural fit, and alignment with client expectations. This step sets the foundation for a positive candidate experience and effective hiring.
  4. Collaboration and Strategy Alignment (10%)
    Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing strategies and adjust approaches based on market response and client needs. This involves regular communication to refine sourcing tactics and ensure a consistent talent pipeline.
  5. Activity Reporting (10%)
    Generate and submit weekly sourcing activity reports, including key metrics, challenges faced, and recommendations for process improvements. This documentation helps track progress and refine sourcing strategies over time.
  6. Market Insights and Continuous Improvement (5%)
    Contribute insights on sourcing trends, candidate behavior, and potential process improvements to enhance the overall talent acquisition process. This includes staying updated on industry best practices and leveraging data to optimize recruitment efforts.

Role: **Senior Sourcing Specialist**
**Fresenius Medical Care's** PVE organization is a proactive local procurement business partner, ensuring business continuity, providing cost savings & process efficiencies, while connecting the business with our world-class procurement organization.
As a Sr. Buyer/Buyer, you will be responsible for implementing the category strategy across a broad range of stakeholders in clinics, plants, and DCs. You will develop and execute sourcing strategies to achieve the best total cost of ownership, sustainable productivity, and high levels of quality and service aligned with cross-functional business objectives. You will work with business partners to understand patient and internal needs then effectively select suppliers, negotiate favorable contracts, and support the management of supplier performance, risk, and relationships. You will be coached and apprenticed by not only the Regional Lead but also the category managers.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Execute sourcing strategies within a country with the support of the Global Category Manager, and Regional Lead
+ Establish buy-in for local execution of global Category Strategy
+ Anticipate local demands & business needs (planning meetings with business)
+ Provide visibility of local plans
+ Support the creation of Category strategy and 1-3-5-year plans with the Global Category Leader, Regional Lead, and cross-functional business leaders
+ Develop and execute requests for proposals, information, or quotes (RFx)
+ Conduct supplier identification efforts and execute supplier due diligence
+ Conduct data analysis and utilize financial acumen to identify opportunities to leverage scale and drive cost savings
+ Establish a collaborative environment with key local suppliers and business partners to optimize supplier performance and innovation
+ Review contract requirements to negotiate critical terms and conditions in line with sourcing strategy
+ Support supplier selection and performance management
+ Conducts negotiations with suppliers and puts in place regional and local contracts

**Preferred Qualifications** **:**
+ BA or BS with 2-4 years of experience in the related field, preferred
+ Knowledge /experience in sourcing including technical category knowledge, cost drivers, related industry dynamics, and market trends
+ Demonstrated effectiveness in project and process management to execute sourcing strategy with cross-functional teams
+ Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; able to communicate effectively and interact with personnel at various levels of expertise on a global landscape
+ Demonstrated financial acumen with an ability to interpret data and analytics
