We are looking for a
Talent Sourcing Specialist
to join our team that will help represent the brand of Infosys BPM Philippines and position the organization as an Employer of Choice. He/she will contribute in our continuous drive to bring top talents in the organization by performing various engagements and multi-faceted skill sets. This role is for a fix term 1 year contract.

Overview of the role but not limited to:

  • Leverage various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referral program to identify potential candidates for Niche and Language specific demands
  • Research and analyze talent markets to identify potential sourcing strategies especially in locations with a high demand for specific language or technical skills
  • Reach out to passive candidates and build relationships with professionals with rare and in-demand skills or language proficiency

Key Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree, any field
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience specializing in Sourcing and Recruitment in a BPO setting is required for this position

  • Knowledge in conducting Market Intel and analyzing Market trend

In This Role, You Will

Required Qualifications:

Desired Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have a bachelor's degree or higher
  • Candidate must have 2+ years of relevant US Sourcing experience
  • Must be internet-savvy and can perform advanced Google search
  • Experience working in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and preferably PeopleSoft Recruiting Solutions,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge)

You'll help us manage end-to-end hiring and basic HR processes — from sourcing new candidates to helping onboard them into our systems. This role is about making hiring easier and faster, while also handling some ongoing admin tasks related to team management and visibility.

Your Core Responsibilities

  • HIRING & RECRUITMENT -
    Source candidates from LinkedIn, OnlineJobs, Upwork, and other platforms
  • Send cold outreach messages, follow-ups, and handle basic conversations
  • Screen applicants and collect relevant documents (CV, portfolio, Looms, etc.)
  • Manage the hiring tracker inside Google Sheets / Notion / ClickUp
  • Coordinate test assignments or case-study requests where needed
  • Schedule interviews or escalate strong candidates to our COO

LIGHT HR & ADMIN TASKS

  • Onboarding support: help collect information, add team members to Slack, Notion, Hubstaff, etc.
  • Track start dates and trial periods, ensuring people don't "fall through the cracks"
  • Monitor probation periods and highlight when trials are ending
  • Maintain a basic employee directory (roles, dates, contract type, etc.)
  • Support with reminders for time tracking / SOP updates / birthdays
  • Help us keep internal hiring & team docs up to date

  • Can manage lots of messages, track follow-ups, and think ahead
  • Doesn't mind repetitive tasks and is proactive in following through
  • Has great written English and is comfortable messaging professionals
  • Knows how to research, use Google Sheets, and is open to learning
