We are looking for a
Talent Sourcing Specialist
to join our team that will help represent the brand of Infosys BPM Philippines and position the organization as an Employer of Choice. He/she will contribute in our continuous drive to bring top talents in the organization by performing various engagements and multi-faceted skill sets. This role is for a fix term 1 year contract.
Overview of the role but not limited to:
- Leverage various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referral program to identify potential candidates for Niche and Language specific demands
- Research and analyze talent markets to identify potential sourcing strategies especially in locations with a high demand for specific language or technical skills
- Reach out to passive candidates and build relationships with professionals with rare and in-demand skills or language proficiency
- Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications
- Maintain and update the talent pipeline ensuring accurate tracking of candidates in a way that attracts top tier talents
- Perform assigned task and ad-hocs based on business need
Key Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree, any field
- At least 3-5 years of working experience specializing in Sourcing and Recruitment in a BPO setting is required for this position
- Knowledge in various sourcing channel is a must
- Knowledge in conducting Market Intel and analyzing Market trend
- With no issues working onsite 100%. Candidates who live nearby our offices will have better advantages

In This Role, You Will
- Participate in recruiting and selecting professional and managerial individuals from internal and external sources

Desired Qualifications:

- Candidate must have 2+ years of relevant US Sourcing experience
- Must be internet-savvy and can perform advanced Google search
- Experience working in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and preferably PeopleSoft Recruiting Solutions,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge)
- Experience leveraging social and digital media, and online tools/resume databases to proactively identify passive candidates,
