Receives all incoming deliveries of all materials, tools and equipment.
Maintains proper filling of documents of received materials, tools, and equipment.
Releases consumables and materials to site workers in an orderly manner.
Maintains proper and updated records as to current equipment, tools and materials on site for easy traceability of items at all times.
Maintain proper arrangement of materials stored at warehouse and proper tagging for easy identification.
Coordinates with immediate supervisor to ensure that all site requirements are anticipated properly.
Acts as the purchaser for materials and consumables not on stock.
Maintains good order and proper housekeeping at all times.
- Supports the ISO initiatives and adopts the continual improvement mindset to always look for opportunities for improvement and change obsolete processes and/or innovate for the best interest of the company.
- Performs other functions that maybe assigned from time to time.
