About the Role:

As a CBRE Multi-skilled Technician, you will perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on a mechanical, electrical, and other building system.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs. Work with available systems to manage and track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
• Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Report violations to Management.

About you:

• Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Graduate of any course related to Facilities Management or Engineering
• NCII Certificate required
• At least 3 years of experience in Facilities Management, Engineering/Maintenance
• Has strong technical knowledge of building systems and facilities equipment

The Building Technician is responsible for the inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of building equipment and systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety devices. The role also involves overseeing contractors during installations and technical works.

Handles preventive maintenance and repairs for systems like ERV, LVSG/ATS, VRF, GENSET, STP, fire alarms, elevators, plumbing, and CCTV. Interprets schematics and motor control circuits, and supports contractor activities. Requires vocational graduate (Electrical/Mechanical Technology or related), with NC II in Electrical Installation & Maintenance or Refrigeration & Air-conditioning. Must be safety-conscious, skilled in tool handling, and willing to work extended hours/holidays.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of a Vocational/Diploma course/TESDA NCII holder in any related field
• At least 1 year of work experience in the building/facility/property management industry
• Proven experience in maintenance/repair of facilities, including but not limited to HVAC equipment, pumps and motors, generator sets, compressors, UPS, and FDAS
