**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Contact new and existing clients to discuss their needs and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services. Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability, or specifications.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Accurately process client transactions such as the number of units to subscribe to and quotations.
- Educate clients about terminology, features, and benefits of products in order to improve product-related sales and customer satisfaction. Responsible for setting customer expectations.
- Regularly contact the list of leads that the Sales Manager will give.
- Responsibly utilize any sales tools that the company may assign.
- Accurately process the turnover of closed deals for onboarding to the appropriate person.
