**About Our Client**
Our client is an alternative investments firm that is focused on tech, core-plus, value-add, and opportunistic real estate investments spanning across all asset types.

They are looking to hire a Sales Consultant to be responsible in supporting the investment and legal teams by completing, executing, organizing and tracking investment documents under tight deadlines.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be willing to work and entertain queries outside of regular working hours.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales and marketing Preferably with a thorough understanding of the Automotive industry & customer marketing best practice
- Excellent networking and influencing skills
- High level of commercial awareness and an instinct for exploiting profit opportunities
- Fluent in both English and Tagalog
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Must be willing to use his/her personal social media accounts to post listings and answer buyer inquiries
- Knows how to drive and has a corresponding valid
- Driver’s License

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Creation of a sales calendar for forecasts
- Answers and reply to inquiries on various marketing platforms
- Organize Site Visits and test drives with potential
- buyers and/or brokers
- Prepare marketing materials (Offering Memorandums, Request for Proposals & Marketing Packages), as necessary.
- Support marketing managers in promoting the
- vehicles online and offline on both on-site and our
- platform (social media, website, OOH, and events)
- Preparation of all required sale documentation
- including but not limited to Deed of Absolute
- Assist Buyers in obtaining financing and/or insurance
- with the Company’s accredited partners as needed.
- Manage contacts and distribution lists, including
- database management
- Coordinate various sales-related activities/processes such as, sales promos, and incentives, inventories, marketing collaterals, accounts receivables (i.e. commissions), to Brokers and Buyers, among others.
- Analyze asset performance to identify opportunities to improve sales
- Keep clients, and administrative staff up to date on the status of deliverables
- Performs all general administrative duties as needed with the approval of the immediate head
- Take marketable photos and videos of the vehicles
- for posting on Brand Page, if needed

**Salary**: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
