Job Description

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs
- Service existing accounts, obtain orders and establish new accounts
- Transport and deliver items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner
- Interact with customers through visits and phone calls to know their requirements and needs
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making a recommendation to management.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- with driver's license
- Graduate of any Business course
- with or without experience in selling Industrial Tools, Measuring Instruments
- Proficient in verbal and written English w/ excellent communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of the operating areas (Laguna, Batangas, Cavite, Metro Manila)
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints; Patient, persistent & result-oriented

**Salary**: Up to Php15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Commission pay

- Prioritize all prospect clients/customers with regard to potential sales to volume, profitability and time; develop separate lists for new prospects and existing customers.
- Develop sales plans that detail strategy, tactics, required support and timetable for attainment of sales objectives to include revenue targets.

**Job requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
- Two or more years sales experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills, good presentation skills
- Ability to relate sales objectives to customer needs and articulate business and/or personal benefits to the prospect in a way that results in sales.
- Ability to establish and develop relationships that promote sale of core products plus related equipment and services on a continuing basis.
- Use analytical skills to support sales.
