- Update the manning structure and manning timing; handles recruitment approvals.

- Prepare, collate and maintain the employee entry, movements, and exit formalities

**Employee Relations**
- Training
- Conducts focused training needs assessments within specified targeted populations; designs, develops, delivers, and evaluates a range of responsive training programs within defined fields of expertise.
- Delivers group and individual instruction and training covering a range of technical, operational, and/or management areas in a specified field.
- Formulates training outlines and determines instructional methods, utilizing knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of such methods as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops.
- Evaluates effectiveness of training and development programs and utilizes relevant evaluation data to revise or recommend changes in instructional objectives and methods.
- Assists in analyzing and assessing training and development needs for individuals and/or departments.
- Responsible for handling employee concerns such as disciplinary action, labor disputes and employee engagement events.
- He/She ensures that certain workplace standards are met, and that employee concerns and requests are addressed.
- He/she will also be responsible for managing a range of activities related to employee/labor relations.
**Administrative Services and Support**
- Support and participate in talent acquisition programs and initiatives
- Support and participate in employee engagement, experience and promotion
- Support and participate in performance and appraisal review
**Other Responsibilities**

**Job Qualifications**:
**Education - **Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human resources management, business management or equivalent courses.
**Work Experience - **Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience as generalist in human resource management; specialist in recruitment and selection, contracting and sub-contracting; employee relations; may not be in the hospitality/hotel industry.
**Skills, Knowledge, Behavior**
