**JOB SUMMARY**:
Assist the Senior Vice-President of the Joint Venture cluster and supervises the Compliance and Admin needs of the cluster.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Monitors the joint venture project timeline, accomplishment and completion including submission of pertinent compliances before government agencies (such as Philippine Competition Commission) or private entities (eg. Due diligence).
- Assists the Head of Joint Venture in resolving issues and concerns pertaining to joint venture projects.
- Communicates with internal and external clients, contractors, agents on behalf of the Head of the Joint Venture and on behalf of the joint venture project.
- Works closely with Legal Department for the legal services needs of the Joint Venture Team correspondences, communications, advisories and notices, etc).
- Assists the Joint Venture Team in concerns and requests for shared services needs (eg. HR, OSM, Project Documentation, PMD).
- Provides business communication supports to Joint Venture Team by drafting or initial review/proofread of correspondences, communications, advisories, notices to the clients.
- Performs contract management function of Joint Venture Construction team
- Prepares drafts, evaluates and conduct initial review of construction contract.
- Monitor fulfillment and execution of the construction contract.
- Prepares consolidation and check reports of the Head of the Joint Venture for the Board of Directors meeting.
- Supervises administrative functions of the joint venture project’s HOA Administration.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Graduate of a 4-year course; Preferably Political Science, Legal Management or with units at Law
- With at least 3 years Supervisory experience
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent written and oral communications and human relations skills. Decision making and negotiation skills
