Leasing Coordination:

Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Social Media Management:
Manage and update social media accounts with relevant real estate content (photos, videos, listings, etc.).
Create engaging posts to attract potential tenants and grow our online presence.
Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments or inquiries.
RequirementsRequired Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent English accent for clear and professional communication.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Excel and basic computer programs (Google Docs, Microsoft Office, etc.).
Comfortable working remotely and handling tasks independently.
Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus.
Prior experience in real estate leasing or property management is a bonus but not required.

- Expense Categorization & Tracking: Accurately classify transactions and monitor expenditures.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
- Tax Preparation & Compliance: Maintain tax records, assist in tax filings, and coordinate with external tax professionals as needed.
