- Ensure to log all inquiries and leads to Daily Prospecting Monitoring on G-Drive.

Closing of Deals
- Give accurate information about the properties being promoted for proper assistance to all interested clients.
- Schedule appointments and assisting clients to showrooms and/or actual properties.
- Responsible for discussing agreements and contractual obligations for both parties. Negotiate with prospective clients with the best interest for the company.
- Prepares offer sheet, proposal and other documentation for commercial leasing. Achieve target sales/quota as per approved budget.
- Ensure all documentary requirements are complete prior to submission to Sales Controller and Handover for validation and contract documentation.
- Facilitate contract signing.
- Provides outstanding customer service to clients before, during and after sale transactions.
Clients Concern
- Shall manage all inquiry in all communication channels including social media, email and phone concerns. Inquiries shall be answered within 24 hours.
- Serves as the point person of his/her client. Be able manage all clients' concerns and coordinate to the right person in-charge for immediate resolution.
