- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for new features, system updates, and bug fixes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field of study and/or equivalent practical experience
- At least 2–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing;
- Hands-on experience in manual and automated testing tools such as Selenium, Postman, JMeter, or similar;
- Solid understanding of the entire QA process from planning, execution to reporting;
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems Jira, Trello, or equivalent;
- Strong understanding of web and mobile app testing methodologies;

- Testing and Validation:

b. Conduct regression testing to ensure that new enhancements do not negatively impact existing system functionalities.
c. Support the Medical Informatics Department (MID) and end-users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), providing clarification on test cases and expected outcomes.
d. Certifies that a system enhancement has passed all required SIT scenarios before it is endorsed for UAT.
e. Determines if a discovered issue is a "process-blocking scenario" that must be resolved before deployment can proceed.

- 5.3. Controls all documents, forms, records, templates and ensures timely and effective controlled distribution with proper markings.
- 5.4. Monitors SMS (Sika Management System) for documents due for review. Communicates with process owner to review and update the document as necessary.
- 5.5. Scan and upload document in SMS (Sika Management System)
- 5.6. Keep relevant employees updated on new document versions and how to obtain access.
5.7. Establish and maintain record retention timeline in coordination with process owners.
Support QESH Initiatives:
6.1. Prepares and submits all information, reports and records required.
- 6.2. Participates in supplier audits and internal ISO audits.
- 6.3. Assists in dealing with any customer complaint investigations or product issues.
- 6.4. Supports other department in providing technical information as referenced for this position.
- 6.5. Supports monitoring and maintenance of Safety Data Sheets (SDS):

Qualifications
Education:
