Role Description

This is a hybrid role for a Supply Chain Intern located in Makati, with some work from home flexibility. The Supply Chain Intern will be responsible for assisting with supply chain management tasks, inventory management, and operations management. The day-to-day tasks include data analysis, inventory tracking, coordination with suppliers and vendors, and supporting the overall supply chain and operations workflow.

I. Responsibilities

• Handle Project Requests: Process project requests quickly after they're approved.
• Update Request Status: Keep all request statuses updated with the newest information.
• Check Stock: Find out if items are in stock by checking with the warehouse.
• Follow Up on Deliveries: Answer questions from site teams about items that haven't been delivered yet.
• Create Purchase Orders: Make purchase orders for items we need to buy.

Supply Chain
