Responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining the 6-color offset printing machine to produce high-quality printed materials for packaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate the 6-color offset printing machine according to job specifications.
• Read and interpret job orders to determine printing requirements (color sequence, ink type, paper size, and thickness).
• Conduct test runs and make necessary adjustments to ensure print quality and registration accuracy.
• Monitor ink levels, color consistency, and machine performance during operation

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or vocational course in Printing Technology or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience operating a 6-color offset printing machine (preferably Heidelberg, Komori, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of color matching, registration, and ink management.
• Willing to render Overtime, Rest day duty, and/or holiday duty (paid)

• Co-ordinates closely with the shift supervisor regarding production schedule and work priorities; with Quality personnel to solve and detect line related problems; with Toolmaker for proper set up of die and tooling especially during changeover.
• Set up the machine based on the standard operating procedure to be able to achieve desired productivity and spoilage rate.
• Conducts preventive maintenance and lubrication of machine based on schedule and ensure that machines are on top conditions at all times
• Records downtime, problems encountered and corrective actions taken in his assigned shift.
• Executes line changes over. Records cap specifications and conducts line clearance audit before proceeding to new job design and sizes.
• Troubleshoots machine as quickly as possible to minimize downtime and achieve the utilization target.
• Measures cap dimension, record results and submit it to the Shift Leaders.
• Visually inspects caps to detect possible defects.
• Gives feedback to superior regarding current line problems that affects production and gives suggestions/ recommendations to solve the problem
• Coordinate with maintenance technicians the proper Pressco set-up and other electrical related problems.
• Ensures proper line turnover of machine status to incoming shift.
• Keeps the area clean by practicing 5S at the start and before end of shift
• Practice safety in performing duties.
• Performs other related duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

What you'll be doing

1. Operate panel saw cutter to cut materials to precise specifications
2. Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal efficiency and product quality
3. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues with cutting equipment
4. Collaborate with the production team to coordinate workflow and ensure timely completion of orders
5. Act as a modular cabinet builder and installer from time to time
6. Maintain detailed records of production data and machine operations
7. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating tools and equipment in a safe and appropriate manner to perform required and assigned duties. The Operator tends a machine that takes in tissue paper, perforates it, and rolls it up to create various types of sanitary paper. This role is tasked to inspect machine for defects, and measure machine performance to determine accuracy of machine operation, using standard procedures and other production standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sets up machines (calibrating, clearing etc.) at the beginning of shift to ensure proper working order

• Performs testing procedures to ensure that all machine work optimally during the production procedures

• Operate and monitor perforating machine

• Provides relevant information regarding progress to supervisors

• Checks output to spot any machine related mistakes and flaws

• Assures that all company material handling equipment is safely and efficiently operated

• Reports any defective equipment immediately and assure that unsafe equipment is taken from service

• Identifies and report faulty equipment, damaged and other safety concerns and performs maintenance repair and troubleshoot breakdowns

• Participate in the onboarding program for new hired Production employees and trains existing ones

Qualifications:

• Open for Mechanical or Industrial Technology or any vocational course related to machines.
• Preferably Fresh Graduates, if with experience (has experience in operating in production environment, Direct experience with tissue converting or other paper converting machines is a plus)
• Has basic computer skills, data analytics and computer literate

Qualifications:

• Knowledgable in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel)
• Can handle digital machine printer and DTF printer
• Previous related job experience is preferred
• Preferably residing from Muntinlupa, San Pedro, Las Pinas, and Paranaque
