As a Senior Production Engineer, you are responsible for overseeing the manufacturing processes of Wires including supervising staff and training workers. In addition, you will be ensuring that health and safety codes are being followed in the plant.
Other responsibilities include:
- Develop and evaluate the extrusion process to yield a quality product at a high efficiency.
- Train and/or support the production operator during set-up and changeover.
- Analyze extrusion issues or abnormalities to provide feasible solutions and implementations.
- Ensure that standard machine parameter settings and work instructions are being followed by the operators.-Assure and maintain the implementation of 5S in the company.
