Title: Manufacturing Supervisor (Marilao)

The
Manufacturing Supervisor
effectively and efficiently plans, organizes, leads, and controls production operations in his/her assigned production area to meet product volume, quality, timeliness, good manufacturing practices, sanitation, and hygiene.

• Plans and schedules production operations based on volume forecast and actual requirements.
• Directs and controls the activities in the production area to ensure a smooth flow of production operations.
• Ensures that the assigned area contributes to the consistent attainment of quality and safety standards for finished products and in the workplace.
• Initiates process improvements, equipment upgrades, and other opportunities for innovation.
• Collaborates with other operating units on behalf of the section.
• Verifies accurate and timely production reports and other reports that may be so required by management.
• Observes, promotes, and implements food safety and quality practices as indicated in the policy.

Job Qualifications

• A graduate of Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology, Food Technology, any Engineering or Business courses.
• With at least one (1) year of work experience in a food manufacturing plant, preferably involved in similar production lines, and in a supervisory capacity.
• Must have basic knowledge/experience in food processing technology and in handling production seminars, training, and similar orientation programs.
• Must possess good oral & written communication skills; be computer literate; have critical thinking skills; be expressive & assertive.
• Must be willing to work on shifting schedules at Marilao, Bulacan

The Manufacturing Assistant is responsible for assisting in the production process particularly in gathering data for production reports, inventory monitoring, and executing specific transactions in SAP System such as PO receiving and move order transfer.

• Encodes production reports provided by manufacturing lines in SAP accurately.
• Gathers and checks process monitoring records before forwarding to superior.
• Maintains appropriate files for tracking batch records.
• Performs PO Receiving in SAP system.
• Executes Move Order Transfer of raw and packaging materials in SAP.
• Monitors and compares inventory of raw and packaging materials in the system versus actual.
• Performs other tasks assigned by the superior.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Open to fresh graduates with internship/OJT experience in SAP encoding and inventory management.
• With have at least two (2) years experience in production operation handling data gathering and encoding, inventory monitoring, and ERP data updating
• With advanced proficiency in using Microsoft Excel application
• Preferably, with experience working in a manufacturing or production industries
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule in Marilao, Bulacan.

Job Role:

Job Summary

The QC Lab Analyst Associate is responsible for conducting routine and non-routine laboratory analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role supports the QC team in maintaining the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of laboratory data.

Key Responsibilities

RM Receiving:

• Analyzes all incoming raw material deliveries; determines acceptance and rejection status.
• Inform Purchasing and SCM personnel about any quality issues regarding incoming packaging and raw materials

FG Analysis

• Analyzes all finished products for load-out; releases, rejects, and holds depending on the status of analysis
• Inform Production and Formulation and Research for any quality issues on products.

Inter-department collaboration:

• Analyse sample requests from other departments and company's personnel.

Laboratory innovation:

• Develop new analytical methods and updates laboratory test procedures.

Good Laboratory Practice:

• Maintains laboratory equipment's.
• Closely monitors laboratory supplies inventory and acquisition of chemicals.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Certifies product or raw material chemical analysis (chemist for physical and chemical analyzes) another test for non-chemist).

Others:

• Discuss laboratory functions and activities during mill tours from existing and non-company customers.
• Performs other tasks as may be assigned by immediate superior.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably BS Chemistry / Chemical Engineering /Food Technology and other science courses with valid PRC License as Chemist / Chemical Technician.
• Experience in operating basic laboratory equipment
• Experience in conducting basic analysis for Feed (Proximate and Mineral Analysis
• Experience in Feed Mill Industry processes
