We are looking for a motivated and analytical Manufacturing Analyst to join our Operations team. This role supports the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes through data analysis, time-and-motion studies, and performance monitoring. Ideal for fresh graduates, especially those with a degree in Industrial Engineering, who are passionate about optimizing systems, improving efficiency, and supporting production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
• Conduct time-and-motion studies and workflow analysis
• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports
• Support production planning, capacity analysis, and efficiency evaluations
• Collaborate with production, QA, and maintenance teams to address operational issues

Estimator will be involved in preparing estimates for our customers. You will play a key role in responding to incoming Request for Quotes (RFQ) from our customers to ensure we provide them with a competitive & profitable bid for a quality product. Utilizing your skills you will determine the correct process for manufacturability, determine the associated costs and present your bid along with an estimated time of completion to the client's Estimating Team. The client will review the quote prior to submission the end customer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Procure estimates and records as assigned.
• Reviewing customer drawings and specs to develop accurate time estimates for processes and
• material take-offs.
• Interpret drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks as required.
• Quoting rough / ground / machined plate, die sets and components.
• Communicate via phone, email, and face to face in a respectful and professional manner with the Client's Estimating Team.
• Liaising with Client's Estimating Team Members to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned by Client's Management.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree or a minimum of 3 years' relevant manufacturing experience in the
• related field including familiarity with manufacturing processes (Flame cutting, grinding, machining & assembly)
• Must be able to read, write legibly, speak and understand English and to document stipulated
• records as instructed.
• Basic computer skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word and Excel
• Previous sales & estimating experience would be considered an asset.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting 2D/3D drawings, BOMs and model files.
• Proficiency with 2D/3D CAD software would be considered an asset.
• Epicor, Profit Key, AutoCAD & SolidWorks skills are an advantage.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing processes would be considered an asset.
• Strong Communication/interpersonal skills (verbal & written)
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Must be a team player who is willing to take initiative and is able to work independently and or with others in a close environment.
• Must possess time management and strong organizational skills.

Manufacturing Engineer

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for our sleep apnea treatment devices, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards (FDA, EU MDR, ISO13485).
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless product transfers and successful new product introductions.
• Document manufacturing processes, procedures, and changes, ensuring comprehensive and accurate documentation write-ups.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to address manufacturing issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, employing Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies to streamline processes and optimize resource utilization.
• Participate in validation activities, including process validation, equipment qualification, and IQ/OQ/PQ activities, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Support risk management activities, including the identification and mitigation of manufacturing risks.

Production Support

• Collaborate with production supervisors to ensure smooth operations and adherence to production schedules and targets.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to production supervisors and operators on manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and quality standards.
• Document production processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation write-ups.
• Assist in the training and development of production personnel, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
• Monitor production metrics, such as yield, cycle time, and productivity, and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to implement and maintain robust quality control measures, including inspection procedures, non-conformance handling, and CAPA execution.
• Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address production issues and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team to implement process improvements, equipment upgrades, and new technologies to enhance productivity and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the production area.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of visual management tools, such as standard work instructions, workstations layouts, and production performance boards.
• Support production supervisors in conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback to team members.

Experience and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing engineering within the medical device industry, with a focus on FDA regulated and ISO13485 certified products.
• Knowledge and understanding of FDA regulations, EU MDR requirements, and ISO13485 quality management system.
• Proven track record in developing and optimizing manufacturing.
• Experience with connected devices and wireless technologies is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and the application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions.
• Familiarity with risk management practices and tools (e.g., FMEA).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and levels of the organization.

The Production Technicianis responsible for the following:

• Executing conversion of raw materials into finished goods in his line using the resources allocated to him, such as manpower, tools, equipment, and systems.
• Ensuring that the quality of the raw materials and finished products is within the standard specifications.
• Operating and maintaining process equipment to ensure production at optimum efficiency and standard quality.
• Conducts inspections of equipment during production operations.
• Lifts heavy equipment from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering courses; Food Science & Technology, Mechanical/Electrical Technology and other related courses.
• With at least one (1) year of work experience in a food manufacturing plant is an advantage.
• Must be able to sustain in a hot and/or cold work environment.
• Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule in Sucat, Muntinlupa.
