The Regional Director – Visayas will lead and manage the region’s overall business operations to achieve organizational goals and profitability targets. This role is responsible for setting strategic direction, ensuring operational excellence, and strengthening partnerships across franchising, manufacturing, logistics, food industry operations, commissary, and maintenance.The position plays a key role in revitalizing the business network by fostering customer-centricity, driving innovation, improving performance, and promoting transparency across teams.*Key Responsibilities* Lead overall business operations in the Visayas region to meet revenue, profitability, and performance goals.Control operating costs and maximize revenue generation.Build and maintain strong supplier, franchisee, and stakeholder relationships.Analyze business operations, identify challenges, and implement effective solutions.Develop a thorough understanding of company products and competitor offerings.Collaborate with department teams to evaluate and pursue new market opportunities.Ensure operational alignment with company vision, mission, and strategic objectives.Oversee regional compliance, process improvements, and quality standards.Coach and mentor leaders across functions to strengthen organizational capability.Requirements*Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Management, or related field.Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) is an advantage.Minimum 10 years of senior management experience, preferably in the food or retail industry.Proven leadership in franchising, manufacturing, logistics, commissary, and food industry operations.Track record of achieving or exceeding financial and operational targets.Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and coaching capabilities.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office; background in project management preferred.Training & Certifications (Preferred)Leadership Development TrainingBusiness Writing and CommunicationProject Management Certification

Job Description

Title: Assistant Manager, Engineering (Danao, Cebu)

The
Engineering Assistant Manager
is responsible for overseeing the daily plant engineering activities, including supervising, analyzing, recommending, and standardizing the refrigeration system, compressed air system, power system, steam system, and equipment preventive maintenance.

Ensures effectiveness and accomplishment of PM tasks according to plan.
Recommends changes, revisions, deletions, and adds PM work orders and schedules.
Evaluates the daily monitoring activities of the Engineering Technicians.
Assists in conducting troubleshooting and initiating system upgrades of plant equipment.
Ensures the availability of critical elements needed for smooth plant production as well as the compliance of the plant with all internal and external auditing bodies (structural, waste water, fire protection, environment, health, and safety).
Initiates and oversees pre-bid and bid evaluation processes, recommending and coordinating with suppliers and contractors for projects while also evaluating, accepting, and auditing third-party activities.
Initiates the purchase of spare parts as well as the control of inventory.
Plans and schedule work order activities for direct reports.

Qualifications

Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering Course
With at least three (3) years of work experience in a Manufacturing Industry at a similar capacity.
Preferably, a Licensed Engineer.
Must have a background in refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilating systems, electrical power, water, steam, compressed air supply systems, and other rotating equipment operation and maintenance.
Must have experience with Total Preventive Maintenance
Possess strong communication skills and a high level of stress tolerance.
Must possess leadership capabilities to lead, introduce, or recommend changes in policies or procedures and introduce new methods or products that would significantly impact one or more functional areas.
Willing to be assigned in Danao, Cebu.
