Job Summary:

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day logistics and delivery operations of the company. This role ensures that all delivery documents are properly prepared, shipments are accurate and on time, and inventory movements are well-documented. Key Responsibilities

Requirements:

• Knowledge of basic logistics processes, documentation requirements, and inventory management.

The Logistics Coordinator (Third-Party Logistics) is responsible for supporting the oversight of third-party logistics providers through KPI tracking, contract obligation monitoring, and issue resolution support. This role ensures service delivery aligns with contractual terms and business expectations while contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

• Collect, validate, and consolidate data for KPIs such as OTIF,IRA, TAT, Damages, IA, and Reversal
• Maintain performance dashboards and scorecards for weekly/monthly reporting.
• Track and document third-party compliance with SLAs and contract terms.
• Maintain a repository of 3PL contracts and key obligations.
• Participate in quarterly business reviews and help prepare reports, presentations, and insights.

This role ensures that third-party providers adhere to inventory control procedures, timely reconciliation, and reporting requirements to support seamless supply chain operations.

• Monitor inventory movement, storage, and reporting by 3PL partners.
• Conduct regular reconciliation between the system inventory (ERP/WMS) and the physical count.
• Report performance metrics to management and flag exceptions for action.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Adheres to shift schedules and attendance expectations to ensure consistent support to customers and a balanced workload for peers.
