Job Description
- Manage and enhance the work relationship with the partner restaurant chains through regular, personal contact with the restaurant manager
- Renegotiate the contracts conditions such as commission rate or minimum basket size with restaurant manager on a regular basis
- Convince restaurant manager to implement the backlink on their website and/or a splash page to convert online traffic into additional orders
- Design and improve the aftersales process by streamlining the operations and the CRM system
- Find and convince the best partner restaurants to join the corporate menu booklet and monitor the order evolution as well as customer experience after integration
- Negotiate exclusive deals with the best partner restaurants in order to increase the orders and at the same time safeguarding the relationship quality to the partner restaurant
- Ensure that all partner restaurants maintain a high customer experience and brief them on how to even improve it
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree graduate
- Preferably 1-3 years lead or account management experience preferable in the food and beverages industry
- Great interpersonal and communication skills in person, strong negotiation skills
- A desire to contact the best local restaurants and chains: you thrive and excel at convincing people

The Business Development Specialist will provide support in the planning, coordination, and execution of business development activities for the ongoing proposed reclamation project under a Public–Private Partnership (PPP). The role will focus on stakeholder coordination, regulatory compliance, and investment engagement to ensure the project moves forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of feasibility studies, project concept notes, PPP proposals, and business cases for submission to concerned government agencies (e.g., PRA, PPP Center, DENR, NEDA, LGUs).
- Conduct research and gather market, financial, and industry data to support project justification and investment promotion.
- Support senior management in stakeholder engagements with government agencies, LGUs, regulators, and private sector partners.
- Prepare business proposals, investment briefs, and presentations for prospective investors, banks, and joint venture partners.
- Monitor regulatory processes and assist in compiling requirements for permits, clearances, and approvals under PPP guidelines.
- Coordinate and document public consultations, technical working group meetings, and inter-agency discussions related to the project.
- Maintain updated records of investor leads, government correspondences, and project documentation.
- Support the business development team in negotiations, contract drafting inputs, and due diligence coordination.
- Track PPP-related industry updates, government policies, and competitor projects that may affect the reclamation proposal.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Real Estate Management, Civil/Environmental Engineering, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Preferably with experience in business development, project development, or government relations.
- Strong research, analytical, and report-writing abilities.
