As an Account Management Specialist, you will serve as the centralized point of contact of our clients, managing post-sales client inquiries and/or escalations accurately and timely; and work with the client proactively in identifying solutions to challenges within CIBI's services or crafting a specialized product, provided in compliance with the minimum standard policies and guidelines of the firm.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Objectively review client inquiries or escalations and provide accurate and timely resolution
- Communicates with the client on a regular basis any discrepancies in the endorsements we've received vs transmittal file
- Works with finance team for any billing concerns the client may have
- Act as Ambassador of CIBI in client meetings and alignment (Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly)
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
- Performs other functions related, analogous, and pertinent to the preceding enumeration as may be assigned by superiors from time to time
- Proactively engages with the client in each of their milestone or all throughout their journey with CIBI
- Understand each client profile, needs and industry market to ensure we drive company relationship to value creation partnership
- Regularly updates self with the evolution of the industry, its standard and internal projects and initiatives, impacting client engagement

- Assist with managing the FinOps program with the CSM team. Understand cost management of Microsoft Azure, be a super-user of Azure Cloud Management Platform for cost optimization, perform research and analysis to optimize spend and provide recommendations to CSMs to communicate clients
- Act as a key contact for Managed Services clients who purchase Azure licensing (Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider program - CSP clients). Drive monthly reporting and be available to respond to requests regarding Azure costs or escalation of any issues.
- Liaison to the finance team to help prepare monthly invoices. Data gathering and analysis of client’s environments, understanding of client discounts and Microsoft licensing programs to provided consolidated information that is used to prepare invoices.
- Assist Director of Client Success to track all client contract expiration dates, kick-off renewal process and track renewal updates.
- Knowledge owner of the Microsoft Azure licensing programs, including Cloud Solution Provider program and associated incentives. Manage program updates, cost increases/decreases and ability to take advantage of program incentives.
- Update the CSM team and liaison to other Managed Services teams for updates on Microsoft programs, invoicing updates, and follow-up on requests from CSP clients.
- Monitor weekly and monthly report updates and escalate to the CSMs or Director of Client Success when there are issues or quality concerns
- Participate in new client onboarding, specifically around the FinOps program and as a liaison to the finance team for invoicing.
- Manage escalations to the Microsoft premier support team for cost, licensing or program questions.
- Schedule standing check-in meetings with team members
- Schedule monthly check-in meetings with CSP clients
**Responsibilities**:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience with cloud servers, services and software or equivalent sys admin experience with on-prem server and virtualization environments.
- Firsthand experience with team coordination and managing priorities within a matrixed organization
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good client relationship/client handling skills and experience managing vendors
