**Maintenance concerns**:
1. Monitoring and ensuring the good conditions of the following: Personal Computer, Printer, Pump, Point-Of-Sale (POS), Automatic Tank Gauge (ATG), manhole, Generator Set (Genset), and Lights of the station.
2. Monitors the cleanliness of the station premises by doing Travel Path provided by checklist every after one (1) hour for the following: Tank Cover, Pump, Pump Island, Back Office, Cashier’s Booth, Comfort Rooms, Canopy, Station Vicinity and Landscape.
3. Misload should be properly attended and coordinated.
4. Manage cleaning materials properly.
**Administrative Concerns**:
1. Station Leader will be in-charge in Ticketing System.
2. Monitors office supplies and other stocks in the station religiously.
3. Register newly hired employees in Biometrics.
4. Monitors the Price update of Competitors.
5. Monitors and discipline employees behavior into Customer, thus good customer service is important.
6. In charge in manpower of station, such as reliever. Station Leader is not authorized to pull-out a reliever from other stations, unless approved by the Scheduling Officer.
7. Witness Tank Delivery, Bank pickup, sales recounting performed by Cluster Head.
8. Ensuring the files/reports are complete in set for Cluster Head pick up using the File Pickup Checklist (FPC).
9. Monitors the Operations Employees’ proper grooming and prescribed company dress code.
10. Monitors the Statement of Account (SOA) of Station’s Electric Bills and Water Bills, and always remind Cluster to its due date.
11. Reports Customer complaints and damaged properties immediately to the Chief Admin Officer, Maintenance Officer, Security Officer and Human Resource Department.
12. Act as Station Personnel is the absence of Pump Attendant, Senior Pump Attendant and Station Secretary.
13. Monitors Fire Extinguisher
