Job Summary:

What a Director, Strategy and Business Transformation - Philippines does at Visa:
The Director will be entrusted with a broad portfolio of responsibilities to accelerate growth, drive and mitigate both short and long-term opportunities and challenges to ensure the country's business performance is optimized.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Country and Functional leadership teams within the Philippines, as well as their broader teams across the region, to understand market landscapes, Visa Strategy, and assist with Go-to-Market (GTM) priority initiatives that can help accelerate growth in their respective markets, and execute on those key strategic initiatives, including but not limited to: business/market expansion, organizational re-design, multi-year strategic planning, capability building and GTM plans.
