Key Responsibility Areas
Compelling Visual Storytelling
- Create compelling and accessible visual materials (logos, brochures, website layouts, social media graphics, infographics, reports, presentations, email templates, and more) that effectively communicate nonprofit messaging
- Maintain brand consistency, develop visual strategies in collaboration with the team, translate complex information into clear visuals, and optimize designs for diverse platforms (print, web, social media, mobile)
Impact-Driven Communications
- Conceptualize, design, and execute communications initiatives aligned with client and organizational goals, including developing materials such as digital collaterals, annual reports, newsletters, impact stories, press kits, websites, and blogs to advance nonprofit fundraising

Requirements
- 3+ years of combined experience in design, marketing, advertising, and visual communication or related fields; in the nonprofit sector and specific to fundraising an advantage
- A university degree in Information Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field
- Proven track record in increasing brand audience and engagement
- A strong design portfolio
- Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite program Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects and experience in using Canva
- Has working knowledge of web UI/UX design principles, video editing, and/or animation
