Responsibilities:
- Perform land-based and/or marine geotechnical drilling and sampling operations.
- Conduct geotechnical analysis of soil samples and studies to assess site conditions.
- Verify and validate assumed soil conditions during project execution.
- Analyze, recommend, and design ground improvements for structural support.
- Review and approve geotechnical designs developed by third-party consultants.
- Plan and conduct geotechnical investigations effectively.

- Possess knowledge of suitable geotechnical investigative techniques to ensure successful project deliverables.
- Ensure concerns regarding the quality of geotechnical drilling and sampling operations and related matters are effectively communicated to senior personnel for resolution.
- Provide leadership, promote teamwork among crew members, and offer training and guidance on company standards, procedures, and geotechnical drilling techniques.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, operational procedures, occupational health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Ensure field crews are suitably trained and equipped by providing regular training on technical and procedural matters.
- Manage and maintain assets on site—including geotechnical drilling equipment, support vehicles, tools, and parts.
- Conduct systematic investigation and documentation of all incidents and accidents on site according to drilling procedures.
- Comply with company reporting requirements—ensuring details are accurate, activities properly documented, and all chargeable items and activities clearly recorded.
Qualifications and Experience:
