GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Enterprise Architect is responsible for providing technical solutions to deliver all project requirements. Ensures
that Software Architecture (SA) solutions must be efficient, effective, flexible, secure, and quality-driven. Assists
existing and potential customers with security requirements, solutions architecture, system design, and technical
project management related to the computer software used by a company. Works closely with a development team
to design software based on customer requests and oversees the work of junior solutions architects to ensure quality products and service. Handles technical pre-sales support, achieving sales goals, and providing input on solutions, structure, and growth for the business. Works with customers on feedback and strategy to complete projects that optimize client organization and overall technology direction.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Serves Subject Matter Expert in providing technical solutions for the projects such as Application Architecture,
Database Architecture, Infrastructure, Integration, and any other system analysis and design needed.
● Designs and implements long-term strategic goals and short-term tactical plans to manage and maintain
existing or new technology and software.
● Provides technical direction, expertise, and assistance to stakeholders like Business Analysts and software
development teams.
● Reviews new and existing solutions designed for compliance with standards and architectural plans.
● Produces solution documents and communicates plans to stakeholders like Business Analysts and Software
Development Teams.
● Audits and ensures that project development follows the approved technical solutions.
● Handles and manages all software development requirements such as repositories, development servers, and
others
● Participates in training, design, documentation, and delivery efforts with the Project Manager.
● Leads the development in terms of solutions or methodologies.
● Assists SA team with any SA related tasks
● Participate in proposal generation; i.e. review of the requirement, designing application features and
architecture, coming up with the development estimates
● Manages SA solutions through an approval before endorsing to respective members
● Formulates initiatives to increase skills, quality & efficiency for the SA team

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
● Education – At least graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or any related
course.
● Related Work Experience – At least Minimum 7 years of working experience in Software Development by providing
technical solutions such as system architecture, infrastructure design, and database structure.
● Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, Zachman Framework, or AWS/Azure Solutions Architect preferred
● Knowledge – In-depth knowledge in the following:
● Strong experience in software development with the ability to code at some level and knowledge of

Finance Technology Solutions
role focuses on driving global projects as well as regional continuous improvements in both Finance Systems and Finance Processes by demonstrating the capabilities of the ERP and local reporting tools.
The role focuses on ensuring Data Quality and System Integration platform alignment for Internal and External Financial Reporting.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and best practices in technology system design and installation.
- Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely delivery of technologies to Hybrid within budget and scope.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors to procure materials and services necessary for technology procurement. .
- Monitor product performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed to address issues and mitigate risks.
- Act as a technical liaison between the company and clients, providing technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to understand client needs and offer tailored solar solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering high-quality solutions and exceptional customer service.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of technicians, and support staff to ensure a high level of technical proficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes innovation, teamwork, and professional growth.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement development plans to enhance team effectiveness and productivity.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
CORE COMPETENCIES
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience (typically 8+ years) in the solar energy industry with a focus on solar product development, design, and deployment.
- Strong technical expertise in solar PV system design, photovoltaic technologies, inverters, energy storage, and related components.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex solar projects from conception to completion, including project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Relevant certifications and familiarity with software tools for solar design and simulation are desirable.
