Job Description
Employee Relations
1.1 Acts as Secretary of the Industrial Relation Committee (IRC)
1.1.1 Monitors issuances and receipts of memo and schedule due process conference.
1.1.3 Facilitates documentation requirement for IRC meetings.
1.2 Drafts notices and memorandum, for review and signature of HRD Head, pertaining to the
following:
1.2.1 Policy on Discipline
1.2.2 Policy on Tardiness
1.2.3 Any other violations submitted by the following:
a. Internal Audit Department (IAD)
b. Risk and Compliance Department (RCD)
c. Incident reports from Group/Department/SBU (GDS) heads
1.3 Maintains a monitoring file of all the cases and sanctions of employees.
1.4 Coordinates with HRD Head on violations to PGPs, company handbook including
recommended plan of action, when applicable.
1.5 Monitors effectiveness and compliance to company policies
1.6 Communicating policies pertaining to Human resources and Benefits.
1.7 Provides support to IS in terms of counselling employees
2. HR Compliance
2.1 In charge in periodic DOLE compliance reporting
2.2 Process Health and safety standard requirements
2.2.1 Preparation of related reports
2.2.2 Statutory requirements
2.2.3 Annual Physical Examinations and wellness orientation
2.2.4 Record Keeping
3. Benefits Administration
3.1 Uniform benefit
3.1.1 Prepares summary with comparison of shortlisted providers with the
recommendation of Uniform Committee.
3.1.2 Prepares masterlist of employees entitled with uniform benefit.
3.1.3 Coordinate with GSD for approved uniform design and supplier.
3.1.4 Handles uniform benefits of all new regularized employees per Policy on Uniform
(PoU)
3.2 Health Benefit
3.2.1 Point person for all Health benefit dealings and concerns
13.2.2 Prepares masterlist of employees entitled with health benefit for the Health benefit
(HB) term.
3.2.3 Shortlisting of HMO providers
3.2.4 Negotiates to the with the best terms and conditions (i.e. discounts, benefits,
privileges)
3.2.5 Prepares recommendation with comparison of shortlisted providers.
3.2.6 Facilitates submission of requirements to approved provider and sending of regret
letters to other providers.
3.2.7 Checks billings and prepares corresponding Payment Approval Slip (PAS)
3.2.8 Handles health benefits of all new regularized employees per Policy on Health
Benefits (PoHB).
4. Other tasks
4.1 Assists the HRD Head on preparing memorandum, Policies, Guidelines and Procedures
(PGPs), Manual Of Operation (MOO), employee handbook, etc.
4.2 Creates and maintains updated Job Descriptions for all roles in the company
4.3 Administers non-financial side of the employee benefits but not limited to HMO, Uniform,
Giveaways, general supplies
4.4 Acts as speaker, facilitator in the conduct of employee orientation on PGPs, programs
4.5 Conducts study, survey, bench-marking on data requirements
4.6 Assists in Employee Engagement Activities
4.7 Provide Assistance in Maintaining employee records, HR files HR office, storage, office
bulletin
4.8 Handles related tasks which may be assigned from time to time

**Experience**:
- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
