The Human Resources Business Partner is reporting directly to Regional HRBP and will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies to support logistics teams in achieving their goals. To qualify for the role the candidate must be a graduate of Psychology or Human Resources. Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in different facets of Human Resources. With good communication skills and proficient with MS software and any computer related tools.

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing key HR functions for the Truck Garage team, including drivers, checkers, and other support roles. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
