JOB TITLE: Test Engineer

The Test Engineer is responsible for checking/repairing of test machines, leading and training Test operators in handling test machines.

Test Engineer (Test Analysis Group) is responsible for checking, analyzing and repairing the non-conforming products at testing station; also involve in generating failure analysis guide.

Qualifications:

• BS in Engineering Degree (preferably IE, ECE, EE) or equivalent.
• Responsible in the line fabrication of the correct tooling, jigs for testing as per customers specifications.
• Formulates feedback mechanism on the defects detected at test station and recommends preventive/corrective actions for test station improvements.
• Report any damages/loss of materials, equipment machines and tools.
• Must have background in Electronics
• Willing to be assigned in Cabuyao, Laguna/Calamba, Laguna

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Directly reporting to the Electrical Department Head for day-to-day assignments and other instructions to be delegated.

* Conduct Technical Research on multi-engineering fields and practices based on local and international set-up to continuously innovate and support company's value propositions.

* Attend Client meetings as delegated and represent the department on certain deliverables.

Qualifications:

* At least 5 years cumulative work experience in Design & Consulting, Construction and Property Management.

* Should be a Licensed Electronics and Communications Engineer (ECE) with good scholastic records from top universities; UP, Mapua, TUP, UST, and other highly recognized universities.

* Highly familiar with applicable Electronics and Communications Engineering Codes & Standards.

* Proficient in AutoCad and ETAP, Dialux, and other electronics design softwares.

* Highly analytical and has keen on details.

* Result oriented and resourceful.

* Team player, open-minded and willing to share and collaborate with other disciplines.

* Result oriented and highly dependable on every assigned workloads.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Installs, maintains and repairs telecommunication, paging, television and CATV systems and security cameras.

2. Attends to all job orders and service calls request for repairs and troubleshooting.

3. Undertakes repairs in the absence of Specialist.

4. Assists in preventive maintenance program.

5. Maintains library of service manuals of all equipment handled.

• Knowledgeable in electronics schematics of the product that will support the hardware and functional requirements of the product specification
• Provides technical guidance and review during the PCB layout as well as hands-on involvement in PCB activities to ensure the electrical and functional integrity of the board.
• Knowledge in Test Equipments, and PCB is an ADVANTAGE
• Willing to be assigned in Cabuyao, Laguna.

Conduct Internal audit in accordance  with the ISO standards. Performs all activities related to the implementation and maintenance of company wide quality and environmental management systems.

Qualifications:

Generalized functions of preparation of feasibility studies, design preparation and preparation for production, preparatory to specialized functions in department.

Qualifications:

•BS Electronics Engineering (EE) preferably licensed

•Knowledgeable in PCB design, Autocad,  layout techniques, component placement and signal routing.

•Knowledgeable in Software programing , Microsoft office and Embedded Design.

•Experienced in Firmware Development for embedded system.

•With excellent oral and written communication skills
