QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of a Bachelor's/College degree in Electrical Engineering; licensed Engineer with a minimum of 3 years' experience in similar role
- Extensive knowledge of Electrical Design.
- With extensive knowledge of LVSG, and ELV systems (REQUIRED)
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Applications.
- Talent and aptitude to analyze and solve problems independently.
- Good communication skills (both oral and written) and positive thinking.
- Well-organized and good team player.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Utilize CAD software to do the layouts and design of various electrical systems design
- Responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing LVSG, ELV, BMS, Smart Home, and Lighting Controls systems for various projects of the company
- Preparing of electrical drawings (i.e layouts, single line diagrams, equipment Arrangement wiring/schematic diagrams and interconnections) in AutoCAD and BoM's.
- Conducting electrical studies for projects i.e. Load flow study, short-circuit study, coordination study, arc flash study
- Familiarity of local & international codes i.e IEC, NEC and experience
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate several projects at once and manage customers' expectations.
- You are at ease in communication in English and Filipino.

Responsible for the evaluation, assessment, and technical advisory of electrical systems across San Miguel Foods plants and facilities nationwide. The role provides expert guidance on system improvements, project planning, and issue resolution involving low and medium voltage systems. The incumbent will assist SMF facilities in CAPEX project preparation and execution and play a key role in competency building by conducting technical training on switchgears, substations, and other critical electrical infrastructure.
Education/Licensure/Certification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology
- PRC Licensed Electrical Engineer
- Electrical Safety and Lockout/Tagout Training
- Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) Certification
- Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Training
Work Experience/Exposure:
- Minimum 5 years experience in industrial electrical maintenance and troubleshooting, preferably in food manufacturing or agro-industrial sectors
- Hands-on experience with MV/LV systems, motor control centers, and automation controls
