Job Description
**Job Qualifications**
- At least a Bachelor'sDegree in Mechanical Engineering/ Mechatronic/ Mechanical Technology / Bachelors/College Degree in Electro-mechanical/Mechatronics or Instrumentation and Control Engineering/Electrical Engineer
- Skill(s): Machine-Preventive maintenance, PLC, Pneumatics, AutoCAD
- At least 2 years working experience in the related field as a maintenance officer/ troubleshoot technician in a manufacturing/ production setting
- Willing to work on shift duty (day shift/night shift)
**Duties and Responsibilities ;**
- Must have thorough knowledge in engineering practices, calculation methods and design details Basic knowledge in piping for water system
- Installation, testing, and commissioning of electromechanical equipment and filtration system
- Inspects for correct quality of installation and raise observation reports for non-compliance
- Test the performance of electro-mechanical components and accessories
- Check dimension and sizes of equipment and spare parts to ensure the correctness specified requirements
- Assemble discharge and test line for Electromechanical Equipment and Filtration System
- Prepare necessary instrumentation and control Monitor and analyse electrical systems
- Will be in charge of the maintenance of various equipment with the building
- Test devices for improvement, safety, and quality control
- Update older electrical systems for changes, cost reductions, improvements, safety, and quality control Repair broken equipment and wiring
- Perform calibrations for wire placement and electronic components
- Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components;
- Responsible for all required electrical qualification tests on projects and ensure compliance
- Executing plans of electrical wiring for well-functioning lightning, intercom and other electrical systems;
- Install safety and distribution components (switches, resistors, circuit breaker panels, etc.
- Adjust, and calibrates equipment to required specifications
- Performs regular check-ups to ensure the machine is in fit and working condition
- Conducts assessment for malfunctions and below-performance equipment
- Troubleshoots and repairs when needed Knowledgeable with installation and de-installation process
- Performs regular maintenance as scheduled
- Monitors power consumption and efficiency of the equipment
- Will handle building facilities and production machinery
- Knowledge and experience in any of the following is an advantage: electrical & wiring, plumbing and piping, lights and telecom, ventilation & air-conditioning, elevator, automotive, general and safety environment, fire & flood control
- Other duties may be assigned from time to time.

**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
