About the Role:
The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for designing, building, and executing data pipelines and visibility tools to improve organizational performance. This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and customers and requires strong technical skills in data pipeline management and visualization.

+ Help our sales colleagues drive our sales organization to be more productive by building and improving key sales tools and train front end users on their effective use increasing the institutional knowledge of the team
+ Play a role in the monthly processing of Sales reports, compensation calculators and payout statements
+ Perform ad hoc analyses and presentations as required
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree holder
+ Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in a similar business intelligence or data analyst role, preferably serving a Sales or Customer Service teams
+ Basic Knowledge of Databases (MSSQL, Snowflake, .)
+ Basic Knowledge of Data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI.)
+ Strong analytical skills with a naturally curious mind set
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint required
+ Ability to work independently

You will work on a diverse range of projects supporting across our commercial teams - Sales, Marketing, Product and Strategy:

You will be part of a small team of analysts with data visualization, automation, data engineering and data science skills, who will take guidance from, and work with, the Cirium Data & Analytics Lead.
You will also partner with experts across our diverse Data Services business, sharing best practices and benefiting from central team support to accelerate our progress.
Accountabilities:
+ Use skills in Data Engineering (primarily SQL) and Data Visualization (Power BI) to deliver high priority analyses, dashboards and process automation that enable our commercial teams to uncover insights more easily and be more productive - examples include:
+ Creating and enhancing a "Customer 360" Power BI dashboard for Sales, Marketing and Product
+ Develop, publish, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for Sales, Marketing, Product and One DS
+ Monitor and tune Power BI performance, ensuring dashboards are accurate, responsive, and efficient.
+ Write and optimize SQL queries for SF data driven tasks
+ Advise the wider team on ways to improve our customer data infrastructure

Non-Negotiable Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree holder
+ Experience working in roles requiring a high level of commercial awareness (e.g. part of a marketing, sales or product analytics team)
+ Expertise working with Power BI or other Data Visualization tools. The type of things you will be doing in Power BI include:
+ DAX (Data Analysis Expressions): Writing calculated columns, measures, and complex business logic.
+ Data Modelling: Understanding relationships, star/snowflake schemas
+ Experienced in data transformation, shaping, merging, appending, and filtering to prepare datasets for analysis in Power BI
